MARKET BREAD
This spelt/wheat blend has a translucent brown, open interior.   Sweet and mildly acidic.

Traditional Baguette
This is a classic baguette, the way it might have been made at the time of its invention.   The combination of a natural levain starter, bakers yeast, and a brick oven   result in a baguette with mild acidity, crisp crust, and the delicate sweetness of winter wheat.
