WOOD-FIRED PASTRIES
Our pastries are a reflection of the bounty that our farmers produce here in the mountains. Pastries are available only at the markets and only during the 9 months when the farmers come to market. Our croissant, puff, and tart pastries are hand-laminated by a dedicated crew before being baked in our brick oven and being delivered fresh to market.
